I am having issues understanding what the wiring harness that comes out of my nav/anchor switch and joins a pink wire from the motor wiring harness is for.
I understand that the blue wire out of the nav/anchor switch feeds the lighting system for the guages.
What is the pink wire for that comes from the vicinity of the motor?
Why are many of the guages fed with a purple from what appears to be the 4-way harness that is fed from the motor vicinity verses being fed straight out of the throttle box (I understand that each guage needs one connection from the sending unit)?
What is the white with a blue stripe wire that comes from the throttle box.
Why does my speedometer have a pink (maybe faded red) wire on it?
