a few weeks back i was having a problem starting my 9.9 4stroke and noticed the coil had a crack in it and motor did not have spark,so i replaced it, motor started right up and i just went to start it again and now it has no spark again..disconnected lanyard switch and it still wont start. could it be the key switch? its electric and pull start...i need key to be turned on for electric start to try to start it.. can it also control spark? please help.. this motor has been nothing but a pain in my (beep)..
