96 Seadoo XP 800

I don't have much experience with these.I can get a parts diagram on line.Where can I get a service manual on line?
What is the tourqe on the head bolts?
Why don't these have a regular head gasket?
It has 25# difference in the compression readings???
What else should I be looking at.

UP-date!!!!!The compression is 175# both cylinders. It runs good up to middle speed but won't go any faster,no top speed.
Good spark.
I looked at the troubleshooting section from SeaDoo.Can't find anything there.
Any idea what fuel pressure is supposed to be?
I've never worked on these.
The owner just spent $500 at a local shop and all they did was replace the exhaust gaskets and some bolts.J
