97 "1200"GP Waverunner /porpoising

I have a 97 760, the previous owner replaced the 760 with the 1200 from another ski, with more than one rider on the ski at about 350 lbs i'm having an issue the ski tends to porpoise a great deal. I can't get past a plane before it starts porpoising;
I've read about putting washers on the ride plate, two on the forward bolts and one on the aft bolts....can anyone testify to this working?

I've also trimmed the manual trim but this doesn't even start to alleviate the problem

Well I went and bought some SS washers and put four on each bolt on the aft side of the ride plate. Hopefully that small angle will help the porpoising effect. I'll post and let you guys know.
