Water pump does not seem to be pumping water, even after replacing it. Removed the lower unit and Verified that it’s installed correctly according to the service manual. Barely has a tell tale stream. Removed the new thermostats and left caps off the heads. Poor to no circulation out of the thermostat housings. While the lower unit was off, put a garden hose into the thermostat openings and water came out the bottom, so no restriction there. What am I missing??
