97 lowe deck boat

I have recently came across a guy at work who is regrettably goin through the big D (my heart goes out to him, really). He has a 97 lowe deck boat for sale as a result. Has a 150 mercury recently gone through at a reputable dealer, new impeller. Boat has xm radio, new gps, fish finders, 4 battery set-up with 24V trolling motor. Owner is known to be anal about the boat, always indoors and not a single scratch, absolutely pristine condition except for light fading of the carpet. I love the boat, but is $9500 for a 13 yo boat steep? No doubt its twice the boat i have now. Any one familiar with this type of boat, or its value? Thank so much

10K will buy ALOT of boat these days.... I wouldn't but then I don't ever buy anything unless it's a smokin deal
