I don't think anyone can answer that question accurately.There are just too many variables.As far as fuel economy goes,maybe trim tabs/doel-fin,prop change,lighten the boat,correct trim,slow down a little,tune-up,clean the hull bottom,different gas(octane)? If your not a speed freak and want to save on fuel,give the motor enough throttle to get on plane.Leave the throttle slow,but fast enough to maintain plane without motor strain.Constant throttle changes as well as high speeds also uses up more gas.If possible you can reduce windage also(unecessary stuff exposed to wind)while underway.
