Engine runs if I pour gas in carb, but not on it's own, fizzles out as gas runs out. I have removed the carb, opened it up, cleaned it with carburetor cleaner spray, and still no luck. The carb was pretty clean inside. It has set for 3 years inside, gas was drained. What else should I try?

Is the fuel tap on?. Maybe your fuel line is blocked?

When you pump the fuel bulb does gas get into the carb bowl? Will it run if you continue to pump the bulb? If gas is getting to the bowl the problem is in your carb. If it isn't it is either in the fuel pump or the tank. My bet is on the carb which by your description you did not adequately deal with.

It could also be in the tank. If the tank wasn't dealt with properly, then the dip tube screen could be plugged. The bulb will force gas out of the tank, but the fuel pump in the engine might not have enough umph.
