WHAT WOULD CAUSE THE CONSTANT ALARM ON THE ENGINE? WHEN I START UP THE ENGINE IT STARTS THE ALARM BUT WHEN I PUMP UP THE FUEL BALL IS STOPS. WHILE THE BOAT IS UNDER WAY IS ALRIGHT BUT STARTS AGAIN AFTER IT'S BEEN IDLE FOR A LITTLE WHILE.

That's the low fuel pressure warning. You might have a sticking anti-siphon valve in the tank.

The anti-siphon valve is the fitting at the exit of the tank. It's a ball and spring inside the barb fitting. Just pull it out and see if it's sticking.
