99 150 VMAX losing RPM's and oil Problems

Hello all having problem with my 99 150 VMAX I'm losing RPM's at WOT she goes from 5300-5400 rpm's to like 4300-4500 one time dropped to 3900 but then will surge up then drop back very quickly. The Motor did it about a yr ago changed plugs changed water seporator it went away then just start last week while on fishing trip. I also had my low oil alarm go off. Checked the tank it was full but the small tank on the motor was not it was below the arrows so I used the switch in the back, it filled it and off we went but the the switch wouldn't fill the tank again had to pour in tank from qt bottles of oil. I'm trying to see what it maybe some thing that I can fix or do I need to get help wife already wants to kill me cuz of new trolling motor.

I once had a problem with the oil transfer pump on the main oil tank. I had to refill the engine tank with a quart bottle too. I would check to see if the oil supply hose is kinked or crushed. If not, then I would look at the transfer pump and see if it is good. Also when the low oil alarm comes on, the engine will automatically limit RPMs.

I checked the hose nothing looked and felt wrong does the motor need to be running for the small tank to fill with using emergency the toggle switch? the motor did the same thing last year changed plugs stop but is back

do a forum search.
anyting I posted pertaining to oiling issues from 1996 model V yamahas to presant is pertanit. 1990-95 isnt and until 89 the V yamahas used a totally different setup.
disreguard my spelling please .
do post a model number as the V 150 was made in several configurations in 1999.
helps us figgure out what we are disscussing.

see, its not a Vmax its a Pro series.
the P series in 99 should be a carbed 2.6L
use the forum search on your oil issues and post back. in the mean time clean the carbs and replace both lift pumps.
