Engine ran like a champ all day. On the way back to the dock through the now wake zone engine started running rough. If I put it into Neutral it would stall. Has new plugs, did a spark test and compression test, all checked out well. Next move is to replace the low pressure fuel pumps since I have not done that for a while. HP fuel pump screen is clean, fuel pressure regulator screen is clean, injector screens are clean. I'm hoping the low pressure fuel pump is the issue. I have not checked them since I will replace them tomorrow when they arrive.
I measured the HP fuel pump resistor and it settled around 0.7 Ohms, Spec it around 0.5. Would that be enough to make it run rough at idol? I'm trying to anticipate my next move after the LP fuel pumps. Thanks in advance.
