Been having trouble with 99 25 hp 4 stroke carb clogging. I know the jets are very small and get plugged easily. I run the motor out of gas every time i use it and keep stabil in the tank but I still have the problem at least once a year if not more. I understand that merc now makes them fuel injected. Is there any retro fix for those of us with this problem. There have been at least 5 other motors in the area with the same problem. I'll take any advice.
