99 Johnson 115 choke

Hi all! It has been a while since I have been on this forum but I recently found out that my choke is not working on my 99 Johnson 115 any suggestions on how to repair this? Or how much this will run if I took it to the shop to repair? Thanks in advanced!

Make sure it has a good ground.
See if it gets 12v when the key
is on and pushed in (not cranking motor).
