99 Johnson speedo fitting

I have a 1999 Johnson 115. The plastic fitting on the drive that connects to the speedo hose has broken. Is that fitting threaded so it can be easily removed and replaced? Any help appreciated.

Yes it can be replaced. Try your local marine parts store for a plastic one or go to an auto parts store for a brass fitting.<br /><br />Bob

please do me a huge favor <br />verify the flush plug on your 1999 <br />johnson 115 is a solid plug.<br />if so where does the pee stream exit he motor ?<br /><br />115 owner
