I have a 1999 Mercury 90 hp elpto that we use to go tubing, fishing,etc. We were tubing today and I had pulled the drain plug to let water out of the boat. My wife was driving and we hit a sand bar.:'( what do i need to do for repair. the fin on the lower unit was all chipped up so i was thinking total rebuild. Any ideas.
