How do I check the stator and the ECM? If one bobbin is bad will it cause a "low voltage" condition on the rest of the CDMs?

Did you ever get your problem solved? I'm having the same problem with my 225 EFI Had it all checked out, but the problem still occurs at times!!!

I have a 1999 mercury 225 efi and I have rebuilt the manual fuel pump and i have replaced the primer bulb that comes from the tank and i have replaced the fuel water seperator and the motor still runs out of fuel where do i go from here
