A few questions about Land & Sea Torque Shift

I just received a newer (1/2 inch pins) 26? Torqueshift prop and disassembled it for inspection and cleaning. I was wondering what the best way to set the pitch screws back to the initial setting is. I have no clue what the maximum in or out setting on the screws are supposed to be. Also, is there a set amount of turns:degrees on the pitch screws? Something like 26? is max out and each 1/2 turn gives 1? less. I have a feeling I would get vibration if I don't get the screws exactly the same for each blade. Since the ends of the screws are a bit rounded I'm not sure the setting the screws to the exact same height would necessarily give the exact same pitch. Maybe I just need to order new pitch screws.

I have ZZ cams and I believe 15 lb springs. I'm guessing they are 15 lb springs at least since they are steel colored and don't feel like 45 lb springs... not that I'm a good judge of that. My research (hours of digging through old posts on several sites) shows me these should work well for my rig, but if they don't I do look forward to "dialing it in."

Thanks, I've read a lot on that website. I'll go ahead and contact Bob. The Torque Shift seems right up my alley. I absolutely love the idea of an adjustable prop and have wanted one since I knew they existed. What I'd REALLY like to see a prop with a governor though. Set your RPMs then adjust the power using MAP That's probably too complex for a boat though.
