A little water in oil. Should I run it to heat up the oil before oil change?

I had a cracked manifold that let a little water in the oil. Should I run it a bit to heat up the oil, or go ahead and change it cold? How many flushings should be sufficient? Do I need to change out the oil filter each time?

Remove the oil as is. Get the cheapest oil you can get, change it a few times after warming it up till it looks good. Then add your normal oil.
