A mercruiser 4.3l MPI with a low weak idle hard to start

It was active when i disconnected the sensor but connected dirty or clean showed 100% power on the diagnostic

New distributor cap and rotor recently. I tried the crankshaft position sensor from the other engine since I read a post about overheating those
