I have a 1985 Ranger 330-V its 17ft with 2-3 people with all are gear with a 1984 Evinride 140hp for the engine but what i was wondering was what would be a good prop to use to get up on a plane fast and still have a decent speed, on the engine it also has those hydrofoil stabilizers (i think their called) the prop it has a 13 1/4"X 19 prop ono it now and has a very hard time getting up on to a plane and when it does it just takes off and just flies accross the water. it takes everyone on the boat to get in the bow so it will plane out. and it also has a hard time ideling.it came from missouri at 1,000ft and is now in utah at 5,000ft but does the elevation make a difference? And what would be a recommended prop size
