Rocky Road posted this and I just by chance saw this but I think it deserves a post on its own right.

Default Re: Help! - Spark Plug Broke off
I once read an article in a machinist's magazine where they field tested various products for freeing up frozen parts. I saved their results:

Penetrating oil ..... Average load*
None ............ ......... 516 pounds
WD-40 ............ ...... 238 pounds
PB Blaster ............ . 214 pounds
Liquid Wrench ..... 127 pounds
Kano Kroil ............ 106 pounds
ATF-Acetone mix....53 pounds

*The ATF-Acetone mix was a "home brew" mix of
50 - 50 automatic transmission fluid and acetone.*

If this were mine, I would try the 50/50 ATF and acetone brew....

Good luck!

Yea, and I knew someone who once read an article that said that there were little green men on the moon.

The old "I knew someone who knew someone who read something" doesn't hold much merit with me, especially with no source.

The acetone ATF 50/50 mix is a favorite in the kawasaki triple community. The steel studs and aluminum cylinders like to bond and this works well.

I've used this mixture myself with great results.

Well, I clearly don't need to change my habits with stuck stuff.
