So last season I noticed a super slow gear oil leak, I say leak because the reservoir drops about 1/2 after a weekend but I don't see any leaks.

I pressure tested the lower unit, holds it perfectly for hours. I emptied the reservoir and put some air into the hose at the transom but did not see any leaks between the outdrive and reservoir. There was no oily residue in the water throughout the season. The outdrive gasket was brand new.

Any other spot to check?

Thanks :)

If it drops every time your out and not just the first couple times after changing lube, then its probably the prop seal.

Might also have a hose connection issue between bell housing and transom assembly

Make sure its not leaking inside the boat, seems obvious but if its not, and its not leaking in water resting, then its leaking while in use. Have you powered down and off fairly quickly and get back there quickly and look to see if there is any oil in water exaust ?
