Accelerator Pump Question

I have a Mercury 115 2 stroke 4 cylinder. The Accelerator pump has 2 brass elbows at the bottom. I’ll try to post a pic. One of the elbows snapped and I’m trying to find out if
1. Is it possible to only replace the elbow?
2. Is there an aftermarket replacement for this pump? Original is discontinued and the prices are sky high!
3. Any other suggestions for possible solution?

When i look it up w/o a serial number. I get a part number that's superseded. There are about 8 merc dealers who list they have the old version in stock. Get me the serial so I can be sure. I dont like guessing and gambling.

I tried to cross reference it to see if there was an aftermarket part available but I didn’t have any luck.

These dealers list they have the original version. Call them up see what they're asking. Make an offer some dealers are happy to move NoS

Isn't it.threaded in? If not cut it off drill the old one out tap it for a new one. If you cant tap it Epoxy the new one in. Or braze the nipple back together.

Thanks for the listings, Yegboats. I’ll give them a call today to see if I can grab one cheaper than what I’ve found online so far.

It’s threaded in. The problem I am having is find the brass elbow. It’s fairly small. I’ll check around today to see if any of the specialty stores carry them or can order one.

Just replace the elbow. A little effort in looking on your part could save you a lot of money
