I'm needing a boat cover for a bow-rider with a wake board tower but really don't fancy the $800 for a custom one. I'm hoping to get a generic one and customise it to fit around the wakeboard tower poles and then adding some tie-downs.

Has anyone done this, my main concern is stopping the canvas from further tearing after i cut it to accommodate the poles.. any tips are appreciated.

Thanks
Grant

Take it to an upholstery shop. That's what I did cost me $100

Also consider renting indoor storage for the winter, in my area there is a place that has under roof storage, 20x12 feet stalls for 80$ a month or 30x12 feet stalls for 120$. Just gotta look around.

Thanks guys, might look into the upholsterer option, I'm in Australia so the boat should be used mostly year round... or that's the plan at least
