I bought a 98 Sea Doo GTI with a 85 hp two stroke last month when i bough a waterfront house. It ran great for the first three weeks. Last weekend i added gas and oil for the first time (two seperate tanks on this model). Anyway that weekend it stalled on me once and gave me a hard time restarting. It fired right up and ran awesome after sitting

Tonight i took it out and again it started right up but after soming to a stop stalled, gave me a hard time starting and then would only go like 25 mph vs 50 on the speedo. I got it back near my dock and was revving it like a chainsaw, got it to kick in and go up to 50 again then within 20 seconds it bogged down again stalled and would not restart

I pulled the plugs and i have used it maybe 4 hours since buying with new plugs in it and they were black and moist. I went to the store got new plugs and it still did not want to start but i got it running for about 8 seconds before it stalled and wont start again

I have no idea what kind of oil was in it. I put in quicksilver PWC which states it is API-TC specifically for Sea-Doo's etc which are different from other brands. I used to have a 2000 Sea Doo GTI 10 years ago and always used sea doo oil and had no isses but i could not find any locally so i researched this and added it. I am not sure that is my problem but it started acting up soon after adding the quicksilver oil (and new gas at the same time, it had a tank when i bought it).

What can i do here, i am clueless at this point has anyone heard of this before

Are you sure the previous owner was still using the separate tanks? I know back when I was into jet skis that a lot of us did away with the oil injection and just mixed our own in the gas tank. This was to eliminate the possibility of the oil injection going bad. Just a thought.

the oil tanks gets consumed as it is used and the lines are full so i think it is working fine there

when i pull the plugs and crank it fluid which i am 99% sure is gas comes out of the spark plug holes, is this normal, everytime i give it throttle without plugs in the same amount of gas shoots out of both holes

No definitely not normal. You are running way rich if it is in fact gas. It could be a few things - coil/wire gone bad (not burning the gas), carburetor needs attention (too much gas), and I would also do a compression check on the motor. Back in my SeaDoo days it was very much a love/hate relationship - they could run great for a long time and then BAM have an issue without warning. Heck a friend of mine who wanted to start riding with us bought a brand new ski that seized up the very first day. It happens.
