Adding a second battery question

Adding a second battery to my Toon to power small lights and tunes when moored so the question is should I add a starting battery to accompany the deep cycle battery or add an exact duplicate deep cycle battery?

if you are already cranking your motor with out a problem on a deep cell then buy another one. Its better to install a dual battery switch and connect everything to the switch then you can run one battery until its low then switch to the other one if need be.
