have a 16' westcoaster. would like to add railings to it. i would like railing for the saftey factor of having a grab rail, and also to mount rod holders. is this a doable project? the gunnel measures 1 3/4" across. would it be better to have the rail brackets welded rather thad bolted? i will purchase the railing material from a local boat recycler. thanks for any and all responses.....Bill
