Recently purchased a 1984 lowe 16ft console jon with a 50 evinrude on the back. Boat had no gauges when I bought it. I have since installed a tach, water pressure, and volt gauge on the boat. I'd like to have some sort of temp gauge other than the buzzer to monitor engine temps.
How would I do this on this engine? I dont see any blind holes for a sender in the head like some outboards. I'd like a black 2inch temp gauge if possible to match my other gauges. Could someone please explain how I install this and point me in the direction of a decent unit.
