Adding tilt/trim to Force 90

ok so i am back after nearly a year and hoping to add tilt trim bracket to my force 90. i have the engine off the boat now. i think im missing some parts though. maybe some pins or something. i'll brb with some pictures and questions. but someone already told me i need the relays, which i think i have and i also have an older bracket which i believe i can use.

ok so maybe I don't have the right bracket, I don't see how it goes on. here is a picture of the original bracket.

on this original the lowest pin is just threaded rod, its rusted pretty bad, so if i needed to reuse that i figure i'll just get a new piece of threaded rod

this is the "new" one i want to use. i know the top cylinder is the steering tube. then below that there are the two outer holes for the pin that attaches the motor to the bracket. but where do the hydraulic arms attach to?

ok so i found a diagram and i see where the hydraulic arms fit. i guess i have to order that pin.

can someone give me some advice on getting the BOLT, STERN BRACKET PIVOT out? i banged it a bit with a hammer but i dont want to destroy it.

so I'm going to use a threaded rod or a bolt in lieu of the pin that holds the hydraulic arms until a pin comes up on sale or something. I'm the meantime I'm struggling to get the main bolt out. any suggestions aside from hammering the dddd out of it?

What "main bolt" are you referring to?

I think he means the bottom rod that goes through the trim section.
EXTREMELY hard to remove.
Can you use the new parts without dismantling?

In my opinion....it would be easier to set the new assembly over to the excising (maybe??)

yeah its the top bolt that attaches to the swivel, im guessing i could bang it out and replace that one with stainless steel threaded rod too. this one has a rounded head with square that fits into the bracket, bolt on just the other side.

I guess....I'm totally not getting of what's going on??
I have set over the complete bracket assemblies with power trim to a motor with no power trim in less then one hour.

The motor has to be off the boat/stand, hanging on a hoist/tree then;

-Remove the 4 bolts at the bottom-clamp
-Apply a visegrip on the S/S shaft & hammer on the vise grip till it drops down about 2" or clears at the top.
-Repeat process on other motor
- Take the assembly to be installed to the desired motor, lineup & lubricate the shaft and hammer it till is high enough
(care full not to go too high; no higher then flush at the top)
-Re-install the bottom clamp
