I have a 1964 johnson 5.5 cd21. The steering tension on this thing is way loose. Last summer a spider crawled on my steering arm, I let go of the tiller for a half second and whoa. Got a real stern look from the wife and kids. Is ther a way to adjust this I have a Johnson 9.5 and I know you can adjust on that one. I don't want the wife and kids to criticize my navigation skills this summer. Thanks for the help.
