They have the usual problems as any other brand.Check for a rotted transom and soft spots on the deck.
As far as build quality they are a little above many other brands.
My 1981 still has all the original controls,gauges,hardware ect...and has held up very well.
The main thing is how this boat was stored and taken care of.
