After a lot going on last year, I was able recently to get my cylinders checked at a machine shop and de-glazed for a VJ90TLASB.

I have to pick it up tommorow but I was told they were all in spec per the factory manual details.

So my question is what do I need to replace other than seals, gaskets, and connecting rod bolts?

I have two pistons with stuck rings the other two are fine, how should I approach the rings?

If ring breaks in attempt to free, replace with piston assembly only? If so, Wiesco or OEM?

Trying to weed through various opinions of options and get the breakdown of pros and cons of re-ring only or piston assembly (OEM or Wieso).

It is a bad idea to put a new ring into a worn / worn out piston groove.---Just bad !

If I have to replace a piston assembly, what are the pros and cons of a Wiesco versus OEM replacement?

Is there any special considerations that have to be met for using Wiesco? I remember something about Wiesco forged pistons expand more than factory cast pistons and need more clearance.

Assuming the correct piston kit is received for standard bore size, is that just making sure the ring gap is per Wiesco specs on the information pack?

So, what is the best practice on whether to replace connecting rod bearings? Only on signs of abnormal wear, something else?

Also, on the bottom crankshaft cover being on, how do I lube that bearing during assembly without removing it, or do I leave that alone?
