Advice on Ted Williams 7.5

Hello All! I was very glad to find this site and have been looking all through it. Even downloaded a 69 page Tecumseh manuel...thanks! We bought an old 14foot Aluminum boat the other day with this motor. Starting to have regrets after I found your site and read up on Ted Williams Sears motors... Anyway, I am trying to find the manufacture date so I know what kind of oil/gas mixture to put in. I can only find the following numbers on the motor.
207881 is on a plate on the front. 1-640-04 and 6727221 is on the right side on a plate on the side. I can't figure out what these numbers are.
Hoping somebody out there has an idea. Thank you so much for any info.

Number begins with 217 followed by 58 xxxx or 59xxxx 7.5 first appeared in 71
70-73 motors are 24:1,74 and later 32:1 TCW3 rated oil.
