Hi, you've asked this questions in several sections of this forum, starting on May 3. Have you come back to check the responses and answered the questions people have posted?
For further reference, you should always identify the outboard or i/o system you have, what you have done to try to fix the problem, and then check back regularly to see what folks have said.
From the information you have provided, it's really impossible for anyone to provide an educated answer, since we have no idea what equipment you are operationg.
Provide further information and maybe we can help you. As it is now, you'll get very few responses because there is no information we can offer.
