If the livewells are on a timer circuit, make sure the aerator switch is set to OFF -- not to the Timer setting. If there is no timer, then are the swtiches turned OFF. If they are and the aerators still run, then there is a wiring or switch issue.
check all the switch panels as there may be more than one place to turn the aerator on. Normally the front one is done at the front switch panel. If the switch has a torn rubber boot then the switch may be full of water and the pump will run no matter where the switch is pointing.
