I'm to the point were I need to start thinking about ordering parts for my powerhead (Scored wall/Over bore). Looking around the 'net I've found a couple of different choices as far as pistons go. The first is the tried and true Wiseco. I've run these in snowmobiles before and they seem like a pretty solid product. The other is Vertex. I really don't know much about the company except that it's in Italy. They coat their pistons and claim a faster break in time and a longer overall life.
