Adding to Willy's comment....alums have not performed well for me as compared to SS and usually alum was not cupped and all SS's were which amounts to about 1" of additional pitch when you are comparing them.
The SS usually has things that make it perform better so you can probably run a higher pitched SS, and get more mph and run more rpm's in the process.
Go and purchase your SS where you can test the prop before you buy it. That is the only way you will know. You may pay more for it initially but in the long run you will save money......like I bought 3 before I got it right.
Also, read up on here about prop selection, performance, rpm range, setup, differences in props, and all that stuff before you spend your money.
