Would this item still be available at a dealer? I am adapting an 86-88 70HP to an early 80-83 115 remote, everything works except no voltage at temp sender wire with key "on" at engine harness. Grounding the wire does nothing. If I open the remote and jump the horn, I get power. Also, how does the sender effect a ground with only 1 wire and it appears to be in a rubber grommet that would isolate it?
