Alarm problems
I have a 91 200 xri....the alarm started going off intermittently. Sitting on the trailer (in the water) idling in neutral, running up the rpms to 2000 to 2300 (for a fairly lenghty time) alarm will not sound. Take it off the trailer up the lake, it sounds intermittently. I checked the sensor in the oil tank, no continuity, appears to be good. Took bottom end off to check impellar, good shape, replaced about 20 hours ago. What is the next step? It just started at the end of a full day of boating. Any suggestions?
