Aligning a 3.0... gotta get it right tonight...

In a twist of my luck, my local SeaRay dealership is going to loan me their alignment tool tonight. Since I've gotta get it back to them by 8am, I've only got one night to mess with aligning this new engine.

Can anyone run the process by me? AFAIK, it seems like you put the motor on the mounts and just adjust the bolts so the motor is in line with the gimbal. Basically, if the alignment tool turns smoothly, you're good, right?
