I like Rudy Guliani's perspective.<br /><br />Is he qualified? Yes, equal to Roberts. Unanimously confirmed twice by the senate.<br /><br />Does he have a moral defect? No, some might call him a nerd.<br /><br />Ideology is the Presidents perogative. He will be confirmed. <br /><br />We will see. There are some who thing they should be doing the nominating but they lost the election.
