THATS ONE SERIOUSLY AWESOME PLACE!!! So just for a little game I estimated my monthly payments on that place, and of course the minimum I had to put down was like 450,000 dollars... So I would need a loan for that portion also...LOL but for the remaining 8.5million dollars financed for 30 years. I would need a mere 45,500 for monthly payments.... LOL Ridiculous, to think of the amount of money some people have compared to what a man with an average income has... just ridiculous. What that would be like for even one day....

Yah, I'd make an offer on it but I just took a look at my budget. I'm really in the $7.9 million range and he's asking $8.9 million. Oh well, I guess the search goes on.
