Allatoona covered slip

I'm researching a covered slip on Allatoona and wondering if there is anyone on here that has a cover wet slip on Alltoona that can give me an idea of prices. The one quote I just got was for $269/month with quarterly and yearly discounts. This would be for a 24' boat.

Allatoona Landing is 2900 for a 15 x 30 with a 5% discount if you pay in full. They have smaller slips without power that would fit your boat if any are available. I think there is a waiting list.

Park Marine has slips for $2465.00 wet slip only all year (no dry winter storage). Plus they have a deposit of 647, I just checked with a buddy of mine that keeps his boat there. I keep mine at Allatoona Marine, in a covered dry storage, only 6 months and I think I pay 690.00 if I remember correctly.
