Was that warm?
Run some seafoam and it might increase. Id still buy it so long as i didnt need 110hp to move the boat to what i need

I have an '87 110. Does it run? Mine has 95 on all four. I believe that is right around average. Like Bosunsmate said, runs some seafoam through it and see if it goes higher. I did and mine went from around 90 up to 95.

is more as a project i hd a 100 hp thta trewa rod and i tookthe electrical from it and the carbs and put it on a 110 or 115 that i had sitting around , doesnt have a lower unit on yet i just put it togheter , i get spark so far

no is wasnt warm was just a test after i put all the electricals back together , doesnt even have the lower unit on

The compression on these engines was reduced somewhere around 1985, when the factory changed to the large-chambered (bathtub) heads. 90-95 is not unusual. The early engines ran a lot more compression.
