hey guys. I just finished putting my stern drive back together.I resealed and changed bearings on the upper also new water pump.My question is how hard should it be to turn the input shaft by hand? I can spin it but its harder than before i took it apart. I'm thinking that may be due to the new seals and water pump impeller. It doesn't have any hard spots it takes the same amount of force all the way around.
