Alpha 1 leaking oil

Have 3.0 with Alpha 1. When sitting on trailer, oil leaks from the small hole in nose cone in the front of lower unit. When engine running, water shoots out of this hole. HELP!!

Are you talking about the pitot hole for the speedometer?? If so, your lower unit and/or upper are toast...

EDIT: even if its not that hole... you're still toast... water and oil should never be coming from the same place on the drive.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,...... I believe you'll find that, that's a case drain hole, 'n you've got an oil leak somewhere above that, possibly the shift spool,....

Nice to know which generation Alpha drive you have to answer this properly. But probably a drain hole is leaking. There are several seals that can cause that.
