alpha 1 trim rams

I have a boat in the shop and my to outdrive rams. piston's schocks. have been sitting 5 yaers at least. can this be rebuilt if i found out they are not working this week. i am super handy. they are not rusted . the top rubber looks alittle dry. if i can rebuild them . what kit do i get if they make a kit.

Your Local NAPA can get you the Sierra Rebuild Kits,+ about Any of the Pieces you'd need from those rams,......
