Alpha 1 - upper bearings - rolling torque or not?

I am resealing my Alpha 1 and have a question regarding torquing the nut at the end of the u-joint assembly and the upper bearings. I THINK I have the type that doesn't need the rolling torque, which means I can torque the nut down to 70 - 80 lb. ft. But if someone can verify that, I would appreciate it. Here's a video where I show what I have.

If you have the small spacer (ie whats in your left thumb) you torque it down. If you do not have the spacer, you set rolling torque.
