Can I remove the lower unit without removing the upper unit? I need to replace a water pump. Thanks in advance.

The answer is yes if you’re talking about an out drive. But you need to have the correct manual before you start. BTW this should be posted in: Mercruiser, Volvo and OMC I/O or Inboard Engine Problems
