alpha one gen 2 after water get in the bellows last season, i did not change the oil during the haul out.
now last week i change the oil which wasnt milky , what i install new so far gimball bearing, new gear lube, new bellows, new shift cable, mechanic said the u joints is a tad stiff but it can go. now with the drive oil drain and the drive installed , i unplug the lower drain plug install the lube pump unplug the top plug, i then begin fulling the drive from bottom up. when it start coming out the top hole i stop and then install the top plug follow by install the bottom. now i then go in the boat to top off the drive oil rezervior which was now completly empty, after searching the net tonight it seems i should have put the top plug back in once it start coming out continue pumping antil oil reach the rezervior .

ok with that said the problem i am having is after the first trip out everything went fine, the next day the rezervior was empty, few night ago i went fishing all goes well , this morning as i turn the keys on beep beep again the lube is empty again , i top it off again take it out for a few hours comes back to the dock to find it just lose a little bit. now gess what i see gear lube in the bilge, i chech the reszervior/hose clamp ect all look good.
please dont tell me its the drive seals gosh. if i go back tomorro and it empty again i will have to pull the drive i think. now it dosent seems to empty the rezervior when driving, ongly while sitting in the dock.

thanks guys for ur info.

If not the bottle or hoses/connections then suspect a bad carrier seal from rust damage on the input yoke.

If it keeps leaking, you need to pull the drive, drain the gear lube and do a pressure test of the drive. A couple of common leak areas are the shift shaft bushing in the lower, and the plastic carrier under the pump in the drive.
Here's a link to the complete manual all put together.
